Virtual High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) Boot Camp Classes
These amazing classes use different variations of HIIT training to melt off fat, increase lean muscle and get you into incredible shape. All of this is done with minimal equipment in the comfort of your home, outside, while traveling etc. The classes are super fun and challenging and change every class to alleviate boredom and stimulate maximal body response. The classes are designed to train the whole body and keep you healthy and balanced. Each exercise is shown with different difficulty levels to accommodate, beginners and advanced trainees alike.
Classes are 60-minutes and begin with a dynamic warm-up. Next I explain the class theme of the day and exercises. Then we get after it for 30-35-minutes of some high intensity exercise “FUN”. Lastly, we do a yoga style cool down flow to get you ready and on your way for the day.
Classes are offered live on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 6AM. Monday and Thursday are strength/body shaping based workouts and Tuesdays and Fridays are fit, fat burning based workouts to address all aspects of health, fitness and fat loss. Each class is recorded, and the recorded link is sent to you so that if you cannot make the class live you have the option to take the class at your convenience. There are 4 class recordings available at all times.
Recommended equipment:
- Kettlebell 15-20lb for females. 20-30lbs. for males.
- 1-2 Pairs of Dumbbells. 8-10lbs for beginner females. 10-15 lbs for intermediate to advanced females. Men 15-20lbs beginner male. 20-25lb intermediate, advanced male. For a great adjustable set that is perfect for beginners to more advanced boot campers, this is a great investment to allow you to adjust the weights as needed for different exercises.
- Resistance band set with a door attachment and handles.
- Swill Ball. Med for women, large for men.
